information will be stored until we have made contact

After that data is not stored on a computer (except for
Written Records, below). In the event that you arrange
an appointment the information you send over the
internet may be used, partially or wholly, in your file.

When you contact us we will make a written record and
will keep that on file. These are stored in a secure

Manchester. UK. A computer system is used for billing
and data purposes, and your details will be kept on our
computers on site at the Abeey Pines Hospital,
Manchester, UK. Written records may be made of any
telephone calls.
No information you provide us with will be shared
outside of Dr Mounir's practice without your explicit
